We take great pride in our furniture and service.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we want to know about it.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
The original consumer purchaser is warranted that this item will be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal household use for as long as the original purchaser owns the furniture. Any furniture or component part thereof which is found to be defective in material and workmanship under conditions of normal household use will be, at our option, repaired or replaced with like furniture or furniture of comparable quality and value. Said repair or replacement will be without charge, but all transportation charges on shipments both to and from the repair location are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
48 Hour Cancelation Period (unless already prepared to ship or in transit)
Requests to cancel an order will receive a refund minus a 3.99% non-refundable credit card processing fee, as long as we receive the cancelation request in writing via the Email Us link on our website within 48 hours of placing the order, and no part of the order has shipped or been prepared to ship. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, often before 48 hours. Cancellation is not complete until we confirm in writing the order has been canceled. Orders may not be refused or canceled with the carrier. All requests to cancel 48 hours after ordering, or after any part of the order has been prepared to ship, will not be refunded.
Return Policy:
Our customers are the original owners of a numbered item and we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If any part of your order arrives with damage or defect, please follow instructions as provided in our “Damage or Defect Limited Warranty.”
Partial Deliveries
If part or all of your order cannot be restored or replaced, we will issue a refund for that item upon receipt and inspection of parts. If the item was purchased as part of a set, Heiressy will issue a refund for any item that we cannot restore or replace.
Delivery Time Frame:
We are meticulous about product quality and strive to keep inventory to ship quickly and arrive in perfect condition. Furniture specialty carriers typically deliver orders within a few days to a few weeks; however, for remote areas, replacements, or unforeseen issues with delivery or product availability, it may take up to 16 weeks longer for final resolution. We do not issue compensation for deliveries occurring sooner or later than the estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery Damage or Defect Limited Warranty:
We will either restore or replace, at our sole discretion and expense to the original delivery address, merchandise delivered incorrect, damaged, or defective only if you follow these instructions:
- Notate all carton blemishes, visible damage, visible defects, missing or incorrect items on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. If the delivery agent does not allow adequate time to inspect cartons on all sides, note them as damaged on the delivery receipt before signing and accepting.
- Notify us if the order arrives with damage, defects, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide pictures of the packaging on all sides, damaged merchandise, defective merchandise, and incorrect merchandise within 48 hours of delivery.
